Summary

You will own core HR operations, support recruiting efforts, serve as a first line of support for employees and managers, partner cross-functionally with leadership, and enhance the employee experience. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, balances structure with empathy, and is passionate about creating a best-in-class employee experience. This position requires 4+ years of experience in a similar role at a startup or high-growth company, familiarity with Rippling and Greenhouse, and strong communication skills. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in an HR/People Ops role at a startup or high-growth company
  • Familiarity with Rippling and Greenhouse
  • High ownership mentality and ability to work independently while juggling multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and coordination skills. Great with candidates, teammates, and vendors alike
  • Working knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, and HR best practices

Responsibilities

  • Own core HR operations. Manage onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, immigration, payroll, and day-to-day people ops tasks
  • Support recruiting efforts. Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a smooth experience from application to offer
  • Be the first line of support. Serve as a trusted partner to employees and managers, answering questions and guiding them through policies, leave administration, and HR processes
  • Partner cross-functionally. Work with leadership on performance review cycles, engagement initiatives, and other people program that drive a high-performing culture
  • Level up the employee experience. Create thoughtful onboarding experiences and help foster a high-performing culture
  • Keep us compliant. Stay up to date with employment laws and ensure our policies and practices are up to standard across states
