Join Alpha, a product studio at the forefront of AI and consumer social, and become our bold, creative GTM Manager. You will own the entire go-to-market process for new products, from initial strategy to launch and user growth. This role demands a proactive, resourceful individual with 5+ years of experience in go-to-market campaigns. You'll be responsible for translating strategy into actionable plans and executing them effectively, even in ambiguous situations. You'll collaborate across various teams, including product, design, and engineering, to achieve success. This is a remote-friendly position offering competitive compensation and benefits.
Requirements
- You are an experienced marketer
- You’ve spent 5+ years owning go-to-market campaigns end-to-end—whether as a PMM, a growth marketer, or an early startup operator
- You know how to translate a strategy into a plan, and then actually make it happen
- You act like an owner
- You are proactive, resourceful, and enjoy highly autonomous environments
- You treat launches like business problems to solve, considering tradeoffs and dependencies, and enjoy shaping how we go to market
- You’re scrappy and entrepreneurial

Responsibilities
- Own the go-to-market execution for new 0→1 product launches
- Figure out how to get our first users in the door: through ads, creator partnerships, IRL outreach, or other creative acquisition plays
- Be the glue across product, design, engineering, and ops
- Translate early ideas into launch-ready plans
- From pressure-testing hypotheses to rallying the team around what matters most, you’ll bring focus, speed, and structure to help each launch and your team succeed
