Requirements

  • 4-7 years of HR experience as a People Partner (HR Business Partner) or HR Generalist across various industries (cybersecurity GTM a plus)
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with a proven ability to align People initiatives to business objectives
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing concurrent projects
  • Experienced in optimizing processes for effectiveness and efficiency
  • Experience working with C-level executives, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven capability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities effectively
  • Strong background in workforce analytics and using data to inform strategic decisions
  • Proven change management skills with a track record of leading initiatives that yield measurable results
  • Agility to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for the Go-To-Market team
