Requirements
- 4-7 years of HR experience as a People Partner (HR Business Partner) or HR Generalist across various industries (cybersecurity GTM a plus)
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with a proven ability to align People initiatives to business objectives
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing concurrent projects
- Experienced in optimizing processes for effectiveness and efficiency
- Experience working with C-level executives, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven capability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities effectively
- Strong background in workforce analytics and using data to inform strategic decisions
- Proven change management skills with a track record of leading initiatives that yield measurable results
- Agility to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
Responsibilities
