Summary

Join Demandbase as a People Partner Director and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping our people strategy and fostering a high-performance culture. You will partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies, lead organizational design and change management, coach leaders, analyze people metrics, and collaborate with Centers of Excellence. This strategic role requires 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior business partner role, supporting global, high-growth SaaS or tech organizations. Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior business partner or HRBP leadership role
  • Experience supporting global, high-growth SaaS or tech organizations
  • Strong business acumen and a track record of influencing senior leadership
  • Deep expertise in org design, coaching, performance management, and change leadership
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives in a dynamic environment
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret people analytics
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required; advanced degree or HR certifications a plus

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and growth
  • Lead organizational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives aligned with company goals
  • Coach and counsel leaders on team dynamics, leadership development, employee relations, and career development
  • Analyze people metrics and trends to inform decisions and proactively identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Total Rewards, and People Operations) to deliver seamless employee experiences
  • Drive initiatives related to performance management, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Champion company culture and act as a role model for our core values
  • Help scale HR practices and systems as we grow โ€” balancing process with flexibility
