The role involves three main pillars: Performance and Data Governance, Product Impact Analysis, and Operations. Requirements

  • Knowledge in SQL: Fundamental, as data extraction and manipulation is done through this language
  • Analytical Profile: Essential to analyze the impact of product initiatives, pull data and structure the analysis for the team
  • Good Communication: The ability to communicate with different stakeholders, especially product teams, is crucial
  • Hands-on: Although the profile is mostly analytical, the person needs to be willing to "get their hands dirty" and handle operational routines (such as preparing and sending reports), ensuring that they are executed accurately and punctually
  • Problem Solving: Must be able to identify the core of a problem and not just focus on the symptoms

Responsibilities

  • Support product teams, analyze the impact of their initiatives and guarantee that the expected results are achieved
  • Act as support for the brokers team and deal with day-to-day operations
  • Update committees, be responsible for performance data and execute reporting routines, including a weekly and a monthly one
  • Relate to product teams to understand what will be launched, what is the expected impact and analyze the results, such as A/B tests
  • Execute and handle operations that arise to help the brokers team, such as the generation and sending of weekly reports with scheduling opportunities
  • Once organized, these operations are passed on so that the team can focus on new challenges
