Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in SQL (query writing, optimization, and troubleshooting)
  • Experience in building and analyzing performance metrics and KPIs
  • Familiarity with reporting tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or Tableau for data visualization
  • Basic understanding of database structures and data workflows
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, performance analysis, or a related role
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and insights-driven decision-making
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Processor should be 2 ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 or equal is highly required
  • MUST have the latest Operating System
  • Ram should be at least 16 gig with 100 gb Free disk space
  • MUST have a back-up Computer with the same specs as the main device
  • A Headset with noise cancelling feature is a must
  • At least 20 mbps & up wired connection for main isp
  • Back up internet is a must (pocket wifi, prepaid wifi etc. but strictly no USB Sticks allowed)
  • Back up power source

Responsibilities

  • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for performance analysis
  • Develop and refine KPIs and metrics to track business and operational performance
  • Analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and design performance reporting tools
  • Generate and maintain regular performance reports and dashboards using tools like Google Sheets or Tableau
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency by identifying and resolving data integrity issues
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing data-driven solutions
