Requirements

  • You have solid design chops with a performance mindset
  • You’ve got a strong grasp of design fundamentals and know your way around Adobe Creative Cloud
  • You’re thoughtful about best practices and care about creating work that’s not just beautiful—but effective
  • You understand what makes content perform across different platforms and stay curious about evolving trends in performance marketing
  • You’re curious, strategic, and love a good brief
  • You ask the right questions upfront to make sure you’re clear on the goals before diving in
  • You collaborate closely with teammates—like the Performance copywriter, video team, and eCommerce—to turn insights into big, bold, thumb-stopping creative
  • You stay tapped into the broader company strategy and understand how your work connects to larger goals
  • You collaborate well and communicate clearly
  • You build strong relationships across teams, and you’re comfortable giving and receiving feedback
  • You work best in a collaborative environment where ideas are shared freely, and you're proactive about checking in, flagging capacity, or stepping in to help when needed

Responsibilities

  • Develop our static paid ads for a campaign, including proactively suggesting a quick win iteration that you would love to test
  • Collaborated with the video team to provide graphics for an animation involving 36 uses of the word “butt”
  • Provided feedback to our external agencies, ensuring that all our assets are on brand
  • Participated in a team call, such as our monthly creative review or a metrics meeting with our wider ecommerce marketing team
