Summary

Join Wellhub's New Ventures team in Brazil as VP, reporting to the Global VP of Partnerships and New Ventures. Identify and launch new market opportunities, leading a small team and owning end-to-end piloting of ventures. Expand ventures internationally and graduate them to the core Wellhub business or as a separate BU. Influence C-Level internally and externally, and own all details of new ventures. Work closely with various teams, using and developing best practices. Provide visionary leadership in new product development, driving strategy, business plans, and execution. Identify new market opportunities and engage senior stakeholders. Architect and cultivate strategic partnerships, navigate corporate governance, and spearhead business growth. Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams. Live the mission by inspiring and empowering others, bringing wellbeing to the forefront of work.

Requirements

  • Relevant track record of leading the development and successful launch of technology-driven products from ideation to market entry
  • Deep expertise in product strategy, financial modeling, and operational execution
  • Excellent executive-level communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive cross-functional alignment without a direct reporting line
  • Strong capability to balance corporate rigor with entrepreneurial innovation and agility
  • Expertise in structuring and managing high-value strategic partnerships
  • Demonstrated success in high-growth, fast-paced business environments
  • Experience in the U.S. market, providing valuable insights into competitive dynamics and regulatory considerations

Responsibilities

  • Provide visionary leadership in the end-to-end development of a new product within New Ventures, driving strategy, business plans, and execution of new ventures at an executive level
  • Identify new market opportunities, shaping a compelling and differentiated value proposition
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders internally and externally across commercial, product, and operations to ensure seamless development and successful market launch
  • Architect and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance product competitiveness and scalability
  • Navigate corporate governance and operational frameworks, fostering a culture of innovation and agility while having the vision for long-term business sustainability
  • Spearhead business growth through data-driven insights, financial acumen, and a strong commercial perspective, both on the client and partner sides
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, reinforcing a culture of accountability and passion for impact and excellence
