Join Bitso as a Customer Lifecycle Manager and maximize revenue from our existing user base. You will design and execute strategies to improve early activation, retention, and prevent cashouts, leveraging data-driven insights to create impactful campaigns and user journeys. As a bold decision-maker, you will turn data into actionable strategies and take risks to drive results. You will collaborate with product, onboarding, and marketing teams, and lead a team of 2 direct reports. This role requires expertise in lifecycle marketing, CRM tools, data analysis, and A/B testing. Requirements
- Proven experience in lifecycle marketing, retention strategies, or growth marketing, with a focus on improving customer engagement and revenue
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like CleverTap, HubSpot, or similar platforms to design and automate user journeys
- Comfortable using data tools like Looker Studio, Excel, etc. to extract insights and measure campaign performance
- Deep understanding of user behavior, with the ability to design flows and triggers that improve activation, retention, and revenue
- Experience working closely with product, onboarding, and marketing teams to align strategies and launch impactful campaigns
- Experience collaborating with data science teams to design, execute, and monitor A/B tests with proper segmentation
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to make decisions that drive measurable results and move the needle
Responsibilities
- Design and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to improve early activation, retention, and revenue from existing users
- Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Use CRM tools like CleverTap and HubSpot to create automated flows, triggers, and personalized campaigns
- Collaborate with the data science team to design, segment, execute, and monitor A/B tests that optimize user journeys and campaign performance
- Work closely with the product onboarding team and other marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with user journeys and business goals
- Test and optimize campaigns, flows, and triggers to continuously improve performance and user engagement
- Use tools like Looker Studio to track key metrics, measure impact, and report on campaign success to leadership
- Make data-driven decisions that drive significant growth and revenue, even in the face of uncertainty
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with crypto or fintech products is a plus, but not required
