Performance Designer

Summary

Join Feeld, a fully remote company, as their Performance Designer and help create a world where everyone is more intimately connected. You will interpret audience data to craft compelling narratives, collaborating with a Performance Copywriter and the Marketing Team. This role requires intentional iteration, a testing mindset, and strong attention to detail. You will also support the Creative Team in expanding the Feeld brand. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, naturally curious, and eager to champion Feeld's diverse communities. You will work with various teams and platforms to create visually appealing and effective ads.

Requirements

• You have experience creating and expanding digital ad sets that drive results
• You are comfortable workshopping topics around sexuality, intimacy and more
• You are interested in gaining familiarity with diverse communities and their varied interests to craft compelling creative that resonates
• You are excellent at Figma and collaborating async in a remote workplace
• You have an eye for Art Direction and can maintain and develop a level of own-able consistency across both photo, video and graphics

Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with the Marketing team to understand business goals
• Develop and execute visual concepts from brief to delivery in partnership with the Performance Copywriter
• Craft compelling, diverse visual narratives that resonate with Feeld’s diverse communities
• Develop a deep understanding for best practices and creative solutions for restrictions across advertising platforms
• Engage both internal and external partners when needed to deliver all components of creative: video, sound, motion graphics, design, etc
• Understand the varied pain points of people seeking connection in our world today
• Champion nontraditional relationship structures and intimacy’s many forms
• Develop an intimate understanding of visuals that resonate with Feeld’s diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• You can think in motion beyond still assets
• You are familiar with AfterEffects and Premiere Pro
• You are someone who loves culture and often seeks new experiences
