Join a quickly expanding company as a Performance Marketing Lead, devising effective strategies and launching campaigns locally and internationally to drive growth and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Devise effective performance marketing strategies
• Launch/optimise campaigns locally and internationally
• Maximise productivity through automation and feed integration
• Rapidly identify high-potential ideas via a ‘test and learn’ approach
• Build out the international plan and global expansion, targeting local search engines as appropriate
• Implement monitoring tools and build the process/reports for analysing PPC performance
• Balance revenue/lead growth with acceptable ROI levels appropriate to market entry stage and LTV
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, SEO and content as needed to deliver campaigns
• Work closely with other channels to achieve business goals, encompassing cannibalisation, keyword opportunities and ad copy
• Make data-driven decisions based on metrics, industry insights, market trends, and the competitive landscape
• Build and manage a small team
• Contribute to Pitchup.com's broader growth strategy and keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends
