User Acquisition Performance Marketing Lead

Summary

The User Acquisition Lead role at Ad Hoc Labs involves optimizing user acquisition campaigns across various channels, data analysis, budget management, testing, collaboration, staying updated with trends, and leadership. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5+ years of experience in performance marketing and/or user acquisition, proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools, an analytical mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, detail-orientation, hands-on management skills, effective communication, teamwork, and flexibility to work within Pacific Time (PT) ± 3 hours.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in performance marketing and/or user acquisition — ideally with mobile subscription apps
• Strong proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google SEM, Google App Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Adjust, etc.)
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
