Join Liftoff's Performance Strategy team as a New Business specialist! You will serve as a technical point of contact for new customers, leveraging your analytical skills to optimize campaigns and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include ensuring successful customer launches, refining best practices, and contributing to product development. You will work closely with clients, analyze performance trends, and proactively identify and resolve issues. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience in campaign optimization or analytics. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential. Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical POC for Launch customers - applying best practices to identify growth opportunities, provide proactive account support & utilize optimal performance levers to drive incremental revenue
- Demonstrated ability to engage directly with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and understanding customer needs to drive satisfaction
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of revenue goals and priorities, with experience aligning actions and decisions to support business growth
- Ability to manage competing tasks and focus on high-impact work
- Adept at analyzing challenges and developing creative solutions. Comfortable addressing complex or ambiguous issues and proactively seeking out effective answers
- Minimize churn through expert analysis and effective campaign management
- Passionate about testing new ideas and approaches. Willingness to pilot concepts, assess impact, and iterate to find optimal solutions
- Ability to "wear multiple hats" within a dynamic environment. Ready to shift priorities and adapt to changing business needs with ease
- Skilled in acting as a trusted advisor on the product and platform. Leverages a consultative approach to guide customers internally and externally, offering insights and recommendations that maximize value and deepen client relationships
- Monitor campaign early life cycle ensuring they are setup for success
- Play an active role in various cross-functional projects
- Be proactive with knowledge sharing - provide regular updates in internal team meetings
- Comfortably operate across the company matrix and lead communication with technical and non-technical teams
- Identify & analyze performance trends and potential issues; escalate issues to management and internal teams
- Optimize campaigns for post-install goals using proprietary tools and dashboards
- Help with training and mentorship of new and junior team members
