Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, managing case files, reviewing medical records, communicating with clients, and coordinating with various parties involved in legal cases. Requirements

• Legal Document Drafting – Ability to create and prepare demand letters, legal correspondence, and case summaries accurately
• Case File Management – Strong organizational skills to maintain detailed and up-to-date digital case files
• Medical Record Review – Competence in analyzing and summarizing medical records and bills
• Client Communication – Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills for client interaction and updates
• Knowledge of Legal Software – Proficiency in legal practice management tools such as Clio, Filevine, or SmartAdvocate

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare legal documents, including demand letters and case summaries
• Collect, review, and organize medical records and billing statements
• Prepare medical chronologies and treatment summaries for attorney review
• Maintain proactive communication with clients to gather information and provide updates
• Coordinate with medical providers, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters
• Conduct discovery and research related to medical providers and accident details
• Keep detailed and accurate digital case files
• Review outgoing correspondence for accuracy, tone, and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Paralegal certification or a degree in paralegal studies
• Familiarity with HIPAA and medical privacy regulations
