Summary

We are seeking a Pipeline Growth Revenue Enablement Program Manager to help drive Wiz's next growth phase. The role involves managing and executing sales enablement programs, creating training for sales professionals, facilitating global BDR enablement training sessions, analyzing sales performance data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing cutting-edge outreach tools.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years Enablement and/or sales training experience
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience
  • Experience building and executing GTM programs specifically focused on pipeline/demand generation
  • Experience with outreach tools such as Sales Navigator, Outreach, Gong, Zoominfo, etc

Responsibilities

  • Program Development & Execution: Be a part of the development and drive implementation of comprehensive sales enablement programs specifically focused on pipeline generation/early sales cycle
  • Career Development Programming: Create and own (in partnership with Talent Development) training for both early in career Sales professionals as well as Sales role progression for our Business Development team
  • Training Facilitation: Facilitate global BDR Enablement training and best practice sessions from local webinars to in-person workshops
  • Performance Analysis/Adoption: Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Use insights to refine and enhance enablement strategies and programs to ensure adoption of new practices
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership to align enablement initiatives with pipeline generation objectives. Engage with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure cohesive execution
  • Technology Utilization: Manage and drive adoption of the most cutting-edge outreach and sales engagement tools to facilitate impactful pipeline development
  • Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback mechanism with the sales team to continuously improve enablement programs. Adapt to changing market conditions and sales needs

Preferred Qualifications

Background in Value Selling, MEDDPICC, other sales methodologies
