Remote Player Engagement Solutions Support Associate

Join us in our mission to build engaging player communities and offer outstanding experiences! As a Solutions Support Associate, you will provide logistical, administrative, and operational support to the Player Engagement (PE) Solutions Team.

Requirements

• Experience in administration and reporting line of work
• Relevant knowledge in using Salesforce, Google Suite, MS Office and reporting tools such as but not limited to Data Studio, PowerBI and project management tools
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service/sales/marketing or related field is an advantage
• 4- year Course, BS Marketing, or related course is preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintains the company database/s (Salesforce) of prospects, proposals, operations and client/partner contacts
• Reviews proposals, contracts and operations documents so they meet compliance standards and client specifications
• Ensures information relevant to the Player Engagement process is available and shared efficiently & effectively within the company
• Responds to and manages routine and non-routine inquiries from internal team, prospects and clients
• Analyzes the internal client database and ensures compliance by collecting and organizing data, tracking key metrics, maintaining accurate records
• Provides clear insights and recommendations to support compliance efforts and keep stakeholders informed about internal client status and data integrity
• Has strong verbal and written communication skills to respond to client inquiries and share information efficiently across the organization
