Summary

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative to support, evaluate, monitor, analyze results, and implement changes for customer service operations. As a native Japanese speaker with excellent reading and writing skills in English, you will provide top-notch customer service through chat or email, including password reset and other player issues.

Requirements

• Native Japanese speaker with excellent reading and writing skills in English
• Business-level English skills
• Experience in translation and/or localization is desirable
• Passion for the video game industry
• Strong logical thinking skills
• Experience in customer service, video games, travel support, help desk, or technical support (in a mail contact center environment)
• Ability to provide excellent customer service through email and chat
• Understanding of games from a gamer's perspective
• Ability to analyze information accurately and quickly within guidelines
• Team player spirit
