Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams, with a high attention to detail and focus on excellence in execution
- Experience working on confidential matters
- Thorough understanding of procurement, payment, and budgeting processes
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills and an ability to synthesize information and make clear, concise recommendations on a course of action
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
- The ability to remain composed with a high volume of activities
- An interest in working with colleagues around the world
- A general understanding of the policy field, with curiosity to learn more
Responsibilities
Provide oversight and execution of operations functions including creating a rigorous process around development of policy resources, supporting executive engagement with policy audiences, managing the process and timelines for regulatory comment letters, supporting preparation for high level meetings, partnering closely with Cross-Functional Teams, assisting with budget tracking and spending across the global team, driving adoption of tools and trackers to bring awareness and visibility across our teamsβ work, organizing process documentation, and supporting project management tools and policy tracker tools across the teams
