Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or operations roles in high-growth environments
  • Deep analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SQL, Looker, and advanced spreadsheets
  • A strong bias towards execution, a hands-on approach and the ability to adapt quickly as priorities shift
  • Sound critical-thinking, sharp analytical ability and clear communication and decision-making skills
  • A proactive, self-start attitude that allows you to drive change independently
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to mentor mid and junior level talent, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Demonstrated success navigating ambiguity, managing multiple stakeholders, and executing under pressure with limited guidance
  • A systems-thinker who can connect the dots between data, processes, people, and outcomes at a strategic level

Responsibilities

  • Drive Operational Strategy: Design and lead cross-functional operational strategies that enhance efficiency, scalability, and member outcomes across departments
  • Lead Complex Problem Solving: Tackle high-impact, ambiguous challenges by identifying root causes, designing innovative solutions, and influencing decision-making at the leadership level
  • Departmental Leadership: Take full ownership of team deliverables and performance; set priorities, mentor team members, and ensure alignment with departmental goals
  • Program Ownership: Lead the execution of high-stakes programs or initiatives, managing resources, timelines, and stakeholder alignment to ensure measurable impact
  • Capacity Planning: Own departmental headcount planning, driving cost optimization without compromising quality or growth
  • Influence & Collaboration: Actively engage with stakeholders across Product, Clinical, and Commercial teams to shape strategic initiatives, align processes, and deliver unified outcomes
  • Process Innovation: Leverage advanced data analysis to build frameworks, define metrics, and continuously improve operational workflows and strategic planning
