Summary
Join Sprout Social's Revenue Operations team as their Operations Lead, Partner Operations. Collaborate with leadership in Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing to drive partner strategy aligned with company goals. Lead operational execution for partner initiatives, including channel programs, enablement strategies, and incentives. Define and implement scalable systems and policy frameworks for partner portals and CRM platforms. Establish and own key success metrics, tracking performance and analyzing outcomes to optimize partner effectiveness. Partner with cross-functional leaders to design scalable programs and processes enabling growth across diverse markets. Interpret and synthesize feedback to drive strategic projects and continuous process improvements. Enhance and maintain data integrity and reporting infrastructure. Monitor partner program health, identify performance blockers, and deliver data-driven recommendations. Act as a strategic advisor, developing strategies to evolve Sprout's partner ecosystem and accelerate revenue growth.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of progressive experience in partner operations or a related function within Revenue Operations, with a proven track record of owning and driving strategic initiatives that enable growth and performance
- Proficiency in Salesforce and working knowledge of partner management platforms (e.g., Impartner, Tackle.io); strong fluency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite tools (Excel, GSheets) to support data-driven decision-making
- Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and scaling partner programs or operations
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive complex projects from ideation to execution
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing leadership to shape, influence, and drive long-term partner strategy aligned with company goals
- Lead operational execution for new and evolving partner initiatives, including channel programs, enablement strategies, and incentives
- Define and implement scalable systems and policy frameworks for partner portals and CRM platforms
- Establish and own key success metrics: define KPIs, track performance, and analyze outcomes to optimize partner effectiveness
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to design scalable programs and processes that enable growth across diverse markets and routes to market
- Interpret and synthesize feedback from internal stakeholders and external partners to drive high-impact, strategic projects and continuous process improvements
- Enhance and maintain data integrity and reporting infrastructure across Salesforce and partner enablement tools
- Monitor the health of partner programs, identify and diagnose performance blockers, and deliver proactive, data-driven, actionable recommendations and insights to leadership
- Act as a strategic advisor, developing forward-looking strategies to evolve Sprout’s partner ecosystem and accelerate revenue growth through optimized partner motions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing global distribution channel operations
- Hands-on involvement in building or enhancing partner portals and workflows
- A deep understanding of indirect sales models and partner attribution frameworks
