Summary

Join Airbnb as a City Portal Manager and lead the strategic direction of the City Portal product, empowering over 1,000 governments globally. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge features and implement comprehensive training and reporting programs. Manage government partners, aligning on goals and expectations, and providing tailored support. Drive the Portal’s evolution, resolve friction points, and ensure compliance. Gather user feedback and develop scalable processes for continuous improvement. This role requires strong project management, communication, and analytical skills, and experience with government or policy environments is a plus. The position is US-remote eligible with occasional office work or offsites.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic evolution of Airbnb's City Portal product, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape its development and ensure it meets the needs of over 1,000 governments worldwide
  • Lead a programme to onboard and manage government partners, aligning on goals, success metrics, and expectations, and providing tailored collateral and live product walkthroughs
  • Collaborate with product, policy, and operations teams to drive the Portal’s evolution, develop new features, resolve friction points, and ensure compliance and effective usage across geographies
  • Gather feedback from users, surface improvement opportunities, and develop scalable processes, like playbooks and training, to support continuous improvement and adoption

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with government, regulatory, or policy environments is a plus
