Requirements
- 2+ years commercial P&C experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, with experience communicating with agents
- Detail oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong propensity for learning new systems and processes for development
- Must be self-motivated and can work in a collaborative team environment
- Problem solving and innovation experience
- Ability to travel as needed (will be less than 10% of the time)
Responsibilities
- Responsibly grow written premium and customer retention on an account and portfolio level
- Clearly communicate Attuneβs product availability and appetite of all applicable products for the assigned territory
- Manage individual account growth goals (Quote, Bind, New Product, Book Mix) through scheduled Quarterly Production Reviews and strategic quote hunt outreach
- Manage agency information in Attune CRM, including the Agency Broker Profile
- Gather knowledge of territory marketplace conditions, collecting competitive intel and documenting in CRM
- Cooperate with cross-functional teams to align on execution of company goals through portfolio relationship management
- External communication of incentives, initiatives, and all applicable Attune related knowledge to the assigned portfolio
- Internal communication with cross-functional teams, utilizing resources and prescribed processes when necessary to problem solve and escalate issues, in order to provide optimal broker experience
- Other duties as assigned
