Summary

Requirements
- 15+ years of world-class engineering experience with a track record for working in a broad field of technologies and enterprise architectures
- Experience in agile development processes and quality management systems
- Cutting-edge know-how in at least 5 of the following 8 topics: Cloud, Big Data & Analytics, AI/Machine Learning, Enterprise Architectures (API Management, Microservices), Security, Mobility, IoT & Wearables, DevOps
- Experience of working in technology consulting
- Excellent overview of current industry trends (e.g. digital transformation) and their impact on roadmaps, marketing, content strategy
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
- Distinct client and results orientation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to both technical and non-technical people, in both German and English
- Presentation skills and ability to moderate customer meetings and workshops, also be adept in speaking to large audiences
- High intercultural skills and experience working with hybrid onshore / offshore teams
- Ingenuity, innovation, creativity, good old-fashioned thinking outside the box
Responsibilities
- Define standard offerings from our technical and industry specific capabilities
- Present and showcase Nagarro's technological competencies to business stakeholders
- Evaluate the ideal global delivery model for every use case and customer
- Manage current and initiate new relationships with 3rd party technology vendors
- Collaborate with various cross-functional teams like presales and bid support
