Portfolio Specialist

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert on the details of all BHG portfolios
• Act as a liaison for collections and legal team communications
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
• Process transaction requests from internal groups
• Handle inbound requests from internal teams. Identify the need and deliver a solution in a timely manner
