Join Talon.One, a leader in the incentives space, as a Regional Director, Customer Growth. This strategic leadership role, based remotely in Singapore, focuses on maximizing customer impact from loyalty programs and promotions across APAC & the Middle East. You will lead and mentor teams, ensuring customer success and growth, while driving retention and revenue expansion. Close collaboration with Sales, Partnerships, and Product teams is crucial for optimizing strategies and demonstrating ROI. The role involves executive business reviews, enhancing campaign strategies, and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities. You will represent Talon.One at industry events and leverage the integration ecosystem for enhanced automation and personalization.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Post-Sales leadership in SaaS, MarTech, or Loyalty
- 3+ years of people management experience with diverse, distributed teams
- Proven ability to demonstrate ROI and drive business growth through promotions and loyalty strategies
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in renewals, upsells, and expansions
- Expertise in customer lifecycle management, including onboarding, adoption, and retention
- Experience working with banks, retailers, fintechs, and marketplaces in digital engagement
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, engaging CMOs, CDOs, and loyalty teams
- Strong communication, presentation, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Technical acumen to understand APIs, integrations, and dependencies to support TAMs and customers
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel within the APAC & Middle East regions as needed
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of CSMs and TAMs to ensure customer success and growth
- Oversee the post-sales journey, ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption, and value realization
- Use data-driven insights to demonstrate ROI and optimize loyalty and promotions strategies
- Develop frameworks for measuring promotion effectiveness, including A/B testing and benchmarking
- Conduct executive business reviews (QBRs) to track performance and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with customer teams to enhance campaign strategies and engagement tactics
- Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities with Sales and Partnerships teams
- Establish Talon.One as a trusted advisor in loyalty, promotions, and incentives
- Represent Talon.One at industry events and customer workshops to drive thought leadership
- Support customers in leveraging Talon.Oneβs integration ecosystem for enhanced automation and personalization
