Join Health Gorilla as a Sales Director and revolutionize healthcare by developing and expanding your own sales pipeline. You will partner with sales development and marketing teams to identify and secure new opportunities, focusing on selling software solutions within the healthcare industry, particularly APIs and SaaS solutions. This role requires managing the entire sales process, from qualifying prospects to closing deals, while maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for a $2.75M ARR quota and managing a high volume of projects and deals simultaneously. Requirements
- 8+ years of Enterprise SaaS Sales experience and experience selling and closing complex technical solutions to healthcare partners
- You've sold APIs to the developer audience, building trust and mutual respect with technical customers and peers
- Experience with new customer acquisition, driving new revenue, and managing 50-75 deals. You know how to partner with an SDR and do your own prospecting
- You can create pricing proposals, negotiate terms and manage the entire sales cycle from beginning to contracting end
- Fluent with Salesforce CRM and other Sales platforms
- Responsibilities will span from driving the sales process to qualifying new prospects and managing deals to closure
- Experience with client and relationship management
Responsibilities
- Manage new customer acquisition and driving new revenue while being assigned a $2.75M ARR quota and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Prospect to build and maintain your pipeline
- Create pricing proposals, negotiating terms and managing the contract process
- Sell APIs to the developer audience and provider organizations, building trust and mutual respect with technical customers and peers
- Make complex contractual, technical, and financial details sound simple
- Manage 50+ project/deals at the same time and close on average 480k ARR a quarter
- Utilize Salesforce CRM, RevOps, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Clari Co Pilot daily
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare experience preferred specifically for regulated health care data, interoperability, aggregation, HIE, or value-base care and digital health platforms that connects to providers
