Requirements

• Possess superior marketing skills, understand the importance of a company brand and its purpose, and be well versed on the use of a variety of visual, creative, and technical skills to ensure stunning PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials are crafted to incorporate uniform content and engaging visual elements
• Be a master storyteller and thrive using a variety of multimedia platforms to showcase services and capabilities, sell the brand, and promote the company, its products, services, and its purpose
• Have experience with graphics, charts, infographics, color themes, master templates, animations, hyperlinking, transitions, actions, and video to create presentations that effectively communicate our story
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Have a background or experience in marketing or brand management
• Possess outstanding attention to detail and takes pride in conveying the company purpose, goals, and messages through outstanding visuals/graphics
• Possess outstanding attention to detail, and the ability to tell a story through outstanding visuals/graphics
• Provide presentation samples/portfolio upon request
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Minimum 5-year professional PowerPoint presentation design experience
• BS/BA Degree in Marketing or Graphic Design

Responsibilities

• Create visually stunning PowerPoint presentation tools that will make an impact, drive value, build upon the Hitachi Solutions’ brand promise, and create premium presentation experiences for stakeholders, customers, partners, and prospective customers
• Collaborate with our Graphic Designer to create on-brand graphics for website, social media and content to ensure brand consistency across all of our marketing assets
• Create, and ongoing refresh cycle, of engaging presentations and marketing content
• Work closely with a range of stakeholders, including sales and service teams, business line marketing, regional counterparts, agency partners, and executive staff to both create new as well as beautify existing materials
• Create engaging presentations for our leadership, sales, and customer teams
• Build/construct modular presentations that can be used singularly as well as combined with other modules to tell a complete story
• Create on-brand graphics and assets for website, social and other mediums as necessary
• Responsible for the conception and execution of detailed PowerPoint presentations utilizing advanced PowerPoint functions
• Possess strong technical skills for creating templates in Excel, Word
• Meet deadlines, work on many projects simultaneously, and work in a virtual team environment
• Be a strong collaborator, proactive problem solver, and holistic visionary
• Consistently uphold brand and style guidelines, and communicate and potentially teach these standards to others internally
• Help turn ideas into design through intake sessions with leaders and whiteboarding sessions and consulting on language/content
• Edit and condense language
