Summary

Join Continental's international R&D Competence Management Team as an intern for a 6-month mandatory internship (with the possibility of combining it with a voluntary internship). Support the strategic development of competence management and learning culture, collaborate on international projects, create internal communications, and prepare events and training. The internship can be completed in Lindau or remotely. You will analyze data, develop measures, and contribute to reporting. Opportunities exist to tailor aspects of the internship to your interests. Requirements

  • Current studies in the field of human resources, talent management, education, psychology, business administration or a comparable course of study
  • Basic knowledge of project management and data analysis
  • Confident use of MS Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good German and very good English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Interested in working in an international team
  • Quick comprehension, analytical thinking and selforganized style of working
  • Good self-motivation and organizing skills within a team
  • Please attach your current certificate of enrollment and also your current transcripts of records and an extract of certificate for a mandatory internship. Those documents are mandatory for processing your application
  • If required, please submit your valid residence permit as well as your work permit including the additional sheet

Responsibilities

  • Support in the strategic development of competence management and our learning culture (including processes and tool landscape)
  • Close collaboration and active participation in international projects
  • Independent media design and internal communication with our stakeholders
  • Preparation and follow-up of events, training courses and competency evaluations
  • Support in statistical data analysis, data presentation, development of measures and reporting
  • Opportunity to design the internship partly according to your own interests (e.g. workshop moderation, trying out other specialist topics)

Preferred Qualifications

First experiences with Power BI dashboards are a plus
