Requirements

• 2 years + experience in PPC
• Have experience working in an Ad Agency
• Strong experience with Google Ads
• Proficient with Zapier, Google Workspace, and Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis

Responsibilities

• Create and manage high-performing Google Ads
• Rehabilitate struggling campaigns to achieve measurable success
• Test keywords, headlines, copy, and landing pages to find winning combinations
• Handle technical and creative tasks personally or direct freelancers as needed
• Report regularly to the leadership team on campaign performance and growth opportunities
• Implement new processes to enhance team efficiency and agility

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, public relations, business, or a related field
• Experience leading teams or freelancers
• Skills in video and image editing
