Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience creating/managing/executing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn…)
  • Familiarity with GA4, lead tracking management, and goal/conversion creation
  • Strong understanding of data, A/B testing, metrics, and performance evaluation
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Track record of managing budgets of $40K+/month and delivering high-performing PPC campaigns
  • Innovative, proactive, and results-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to make a measurable impact

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and other ad networks
  • Monitor and adjust keyword bids, budgets, targeting, and other key metrics to ensure maximum performance
  • Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and innovative solutions
  • Continuously monitor search terms, manage budgets, and optimize negative keyword lists to reduce wasted spend
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and optimize creative assets, targeting, and messaging
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, applying the latest best practices to drive campaign success
  • Report on performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

Having experience with SaaS is a plus
