Requirements

• Advanced Google Ads expertise
• Experience with advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Proficient with Ads Manager and comfortable setting up conversion tracking via GTM
• Experience with eCommerce, Local, and Lead Generation campaigns

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage digital advertising campaigns on Google and Meta
• Continuously optimise ad performance through analysis and adjustments
• Adapt strategies to suit different client industries and effectively reach target audiences
• Write engaging and relevant ad copy
• Manage media budgets to ensure maximum ROI
• Meet deadlines for client meetings and deliverables
• Identify upselling opportunities based on campaign performance
• Maintain high client retention by delivering consistent, high-quality results
• Occasionally join client meetings as a subject matter expert

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience advertising on platforms beyond Google and Meta (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, programmatic ads)
• Proficiency with advanced analytics tools for tracking and enhancing ad performance
• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant platforms
• Familiarity with a variety of industries, allowing for quicker adaptation to client needs
• Experience in copywriting or creative ad development
• Basic understanding of SEO and how it complements paid advertising
