Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in PR at a startup or B2B company, IT industry, PR/advertising agency, or B2B sales with experience in business planning or product development for at least 3 years
• High communication skills, media relation construction abilities, leadership skills, strong willpower and logical thinking, high-quality writing skills in Japanese (English document reading and communication is also required)

Responsibilities

Create PR strategies, press releases, manage media relations, handle inquiries, organize events, create content for the company's website and blog

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with startups expanding at a rapid pace, online or offline marketing experience, ownership of media/SNS operations, creation, and management, business-level English skills, experience in writing case studies or interviews
