Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience working as a practice manager in a mid-market medical practice (Experience should be Onsite/Hybrid and not Remote)
• Proven track record in coaching teams and people development
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• High proficiency in Excel for analysis and PowerPoint for creating presentations
• Highly Organized and structured with above average presentation delivery skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients & delivery teams to understand pain points and tailor solutions
• Establish strong relationships with clients, acting as a liaison to ensure their satisfaction
• Coach and mentor delivery teams based in the Philippines to continuously improve service quality
• Lead the development and delivery of training materials and programs for delivery teams
• Implement a product mindset to drive continuous service improvements
• Identify and create process improvements for client-facing operations
• Travel as required based on business needs
