Summary

Join Natera as a Sr. Sales Optimization Manager and lead the optimization of sales operations processes, focusing on Salesforce.com utilization and management. This critical role drives operational efficiency, enables data-driven decisions, and boosts sales team productivity. The ideal candidate has a strong Salesforce administration background and strategic operations experience in a fast-paced environment. You will develop and execute sales operations strategies, design dashboards and reports, identify process inefficiencies, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. Collaboration with IT and cross-functional teams is essential to ensure seamless integrations. You will also provide data-driven insights and train sales teams on Salesforce best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant related experience with 5+ years of work experience required in Sales, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Sales Operations, and/or Strategy consulting
  • Proven track record of implementing Salesforce solutions that drive sales productivity
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and integrations with third-party tools
  • Experience modeling complex problems, both conceptually and tactically (spreadsheets, analysis tools, visualization)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel necessary
  • Exceptional quantitative and MS Excel skills (SUMIFS, index/match and VLOOKUP, table formulas)
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools especially Salesforce.com
  • Self-motivation, with the desire and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Endless curiosity and a need to dive deeper for understanding
  • Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales operations strategies to optimize the sales process and drive growth
  • Design and implement dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor sales performance and pipeline health
  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements
  • Develop and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to meet evolving business needs
  • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce integrations with other tools and systems
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality within Salesforce
  • Provide actionable insights and analytics to guide sales strategy and decision-making
  • Perform regular audits and manage Salesforce data hygiene
  • Serve as the Salesforce expert and primary point of contact for sales teams
  • Train and enable sales teams on Salesforce best practices, workflows, and updates

Preferred Qualifications

  • VBA, MySQL and/or database querying experience preferred
  • SQL a plus
