As a Presales Consultant, the employee will be an industry expert and assist the business development team in closing deals.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar pre-sales consulting role or technical role where there was a lot of client engagement
• Demonstrated comprehensive functional knowledge of financial crime solutions in the marketplace
• General knowledge of Microsoft Technologies and solutions
• Basic understanding of SQL and enough technical knowledge to run solution design workshops, configure demos, and understand product development principles

Responsibilities

• Be a Subject Matter Expert in the fraud risk and/or AML/CTF compliance domain
• Become a functional and technical expert on all GBG AML Compliance and Fraud prevention products
• Have the ability to conduct detailed demonstrations of various GBG products
• Work with the business development team to complete RFI’s and RFP’s
• Attend meetings with members of the business development team as required
• Provide pre-sales and technical support to the Business Development team
• Understand complex customer requirements to propose best solutions using the complete GBG product suite
• Execution of POC (Proof of Concept) sessions and documentation of POC results
• Product strategy – provide guidance for product roadmap
• Solution benchmarking – gain understanding of GBG position in the marketplace in comparison with competitors
