• Proven experience as a Presales Engineer with a focus on supply chain design solutions
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and optimization techniques
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in supply chain design (e.g., simulation software, optimization tools)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of our supply chain design solutions and stay updated on industry trends
• Collaborate with the product development team to provide insights for continuous improvement based on client feedback
• Work closely with the sales team to identify client needs and tailor presentations and demonstrations to address those specific requirements
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of our supply chain design solutions
• Engage with potential clients to gather technical requirements and assess the feasibility of our solutions for their unique supply chain challenges
• Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor in understanding their business goals and aligning our solutions accordingly
• Collaborate with clients to design and propose customized supply chain solutions that address their specific challenges and objectives
• Provide technical guidance and support in the creation of proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the effectiveness of our solutions
