Requirements

• Proven experience working with credit unions in the U.S
• Demonstrated ability to sell IT products, with a focus on financial services technology
• Strong background in creating and delivering engaging product demonstrations
• Solid understanding of financial services technology, including mobile banking, core systems, and payment solutions
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business value
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and travel as needed for client meetings or events

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and craft customized product demonstrations that highlight our solutions
• Present compelling, tailored demos to credit union stakeholders, showcasing the value of our offerings in enhancing their operations and member experience
• Act as a technical expert during the sales process, addressing client questions and concerns
• Assist in developing proof-of-concept solutions to demonstrate technical capabilities
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to enhance demo effectiveness
• Provide feedback to the product team based on client input and demo experiences

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
