Requirements

  • 2-5 years of sales engineering experience + BILINGUAL French & English (mandatory)
  • Channel (Indirect) experience a PLUS
  • Experience with NetSapiens (Crexendo) UCaaS/CX platform a PLUS
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Telephony, Networking, Unified Communications and Contact Center, (UCaaS or CCaaS preferred)
  • Ability to work effectively on a remote basis
  • Ability to teach other members of the team and act as a mentor as required
  • Requires an action-oriented individual with a strong initiative to be successful
  • Participate in onsite training and self-learning is key to your role
  • Willingness to take ownership of accounts and account-related actions
  • Ability to coordinate across various groups and functional teams
  • Ability to complete job responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Ability to apply solutions, technology, and products to a business opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-sales technical expertise for Net2phone cloud services and help close commercial opportunities
  • Transfer industry, technical, and product knowledge to customers
  • Keep up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions, products, and services
  • Provide technical and sales support to assigned territory
  • Perform advanced technical presentations and demonstrations for customers and prospects
  • Develop and maintain expert understanding of all Net2phone applications and products
  • Actively participate as a SME for certain products and technologies
  • Support to other Sales Engineers in their area of specialization
  • Provide direct support for the technical fulfilment of RFP's in your assigned territory
  • Responsible for continued education on the platform and underlying technologies
