Pre-Sales Engineer

Summary

Join NetBrain's Pre-Sales Engineering team as a remote Proof of Concept Engineer specializing in Network Management and Automation. You will play a crucial role in closing major deals with Fortune 100 companies by designing and implementing proof-of-concept projects showcasing our network automation solutions. Collaborate with sales teams, manage the entire PoC process, and provide technical support. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5+ years of experience in IT or network automation, and proven PoC management skills. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a technical role within IT or network automation, including hands-on experience with network design, network operation and/or network architect
• Proven ability to design, execute, and manage complex POC that demonstrate product value
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• You are a United States Citizen

Responsibilities

• Design and implement proof of concept (PoC) projects, showcasing the full capabilities of our network automation solutions
• Collaborate with the Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives to document client current manual processes, understand client automation needs, and customize POC to meet and deliver specific requirements and use cases
• Manage the end-to-end PoC process, including planning, configuration, use cases deployment, and evaluation
• Provide technical assistance during PoC engagements, collaborate with Support Engineers, R&D Engineers, and Post-sales Engineers to ensure quick issue resolution
• Summarize PoC outcomes, create detailed documentation of PoC configurations, use cases deployment, and ROI metrics
• Any other responsibilities assigned
