Summary

Requirements
- C2/advanced level of French and Italian with an excellent English level (spoken & written) is required
- Previous sales experience in managing own sales funnels and being in close contact with clients
- Able to multitask and stay detail oriented
- Motivation & personality seeking customer satisfaction in a multi-stakeholder environment
Responsibilities
- Execute daily outbound phone calls and respond to emails regarding clients inquiries and detect and establish new business possibilities in selected market area
- Assure client satisfaction by excellent customer care in every contact throughout the sales cycle
- Proactively detect possibilities of cross-selling and up-selling and establish new business possibilities
- Retain and grow the existing base of customers
- Interpret customer needs and proactively act to understand those needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, or similar fields is considered an advantage
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and understand complex scientific concepts
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
- Previous experience with analytical instrumentation sales (CMR) and Microsoft Office are desirable
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools
- Experience working in a lab environment or in service sales
- Experience in a call centre environment performing outbound calls
