Requirements
- BS in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field; MBA or graduate degree a plus
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in data or business analytics role, with at least 1 year of experience in digital advertising preferred
- Experience with Facebook/Instagram/Meta required, and a plus with Display Programmatic and/or Search Engine Marketing experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, balance multiple priorities, and work with remote offices
Responsibilities
- Manage Facebook campaigns by combining audience segmentation, bidding, delivery and pricing strategies to extract optimal conversion based performance by leveraging travel data
- Develop and optimize processes for digital advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram/Meta) which contribute to running campaigns at or above expected performance metrics and benchmarks
- Define a campaign’s target needs and requirements by working with the Commercial team to understand and deliver the client’s performance expectations
- Create best practices documentation and roll out your techniques to the Client Success and fellow AdOps team members globally
- Work with Sojern’s trafficking team to improve Facebook campaign creation processes
- Collaborate with the Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams on various data and automation related projects
- Develop Tableau dashboards that allow leadership to view Sojern’s Facebook business in a meaningful way and allow the Ad Operations team to more efficiently perform day-to-day responsibilities
- Communicate your insights and techniques to multiple internal stakeholders; diligent written and excellent presentation skills are key
- Be rigorously Data Driven in every aspect of your work, insights, and communications
- Bring your deep problem solving and analytical skills to ferret out the techniques necessary to optimize campaigns that leaves the competition scratching their heads
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience extracting, analyzing, and sharing insights derived from data using various tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and Tableau preferred
