Responsibilities
- Lead Renewal Pricing Strategy - Take full ownership of renewal pricing, including experimentation, strategic adjustments, and simplifying pricing architecture to maximize lifetime value
- Become the Retention Champion - Analyse behavioral and commercial drivers to understand the deeper forces behind customer retention
- Fuel Growth with Data - Dive into customer behavior, competitive positioning, and market signals using dashboards and raw SQL. Your insights will shape how we grow
- Influence Product & Business Strategy - Collaborate closely with product managers and commercial teams to define impactful monetization and packaging strategies
- Be the Early Warning System - Monitor short-term retention and billing trends. When something’s off, you’re the first to spot it — and drive action before it snowballs
- Support High-Stakes Decisions - Partner with teams across the business to deliver clear insights, actionable recommendations, and ad-hoc business cases that move the needle
