Summary
Join Veriff's GTM Division as a Principal Account Manager - USA and become the primary point of contact for strategic, global clients in North America. You will manage all stages of client integrations, drive product adoption and expansion, and act as a trusted advisor to maximize customer value. This role requires 10+ years of CSM/AM experience in SaaS, including 3+ years as a Strategic/Principal AM managing $1MM+ ARR clients. You will build strong customer relationships, identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and ensure timely service delivery. Veriff offers a competitive salary ($155,000-$180,000 + commission), full remote work, and a comprehensive benefits package including stock options, 401(k) matching, and extensive health insurance.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience as a CSM/AM within the SaaS industry
- 3+ years as a Strategic AM/Principal AM supporting strategic clients ($1MM+ ARR)
- Previous experience adopting analytical tools and ability to drive performance assessments that are data driven
- Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
- Previous experience supporting global enterprise, strategic customers within the SaaS industry
- Proven success of partnering with clients and stakeholders to drive product utilization and net dollar retention
- Previous experience partnering with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Support, and Product Teams to drive adoption and ensure a closed feedback loop between Veriff Product team and our customers
Responsibilities
- Develop trust and relationships with our customers
- Ensure growth and product utilization within our customer base
- Acquire a thorough understanding of our customer needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Veriff services according to customer needs and objectives
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working for a global scaleup/startup
- Previous AM/CSM experience within the IDV/IDVaaS industry
