Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, government, or a related field
- Proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities and partnerships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business development and strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and win-win partnerships
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
- Experience in developing and executing high-profile events and programs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business development efforts
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth
- Manage and implement initiatives with key strategic partners, including the government at the federal, state, and local levels
- Develop and execute high-profile events and programs with strategic partners
- Develop and amplify key Coupang messages and content with strategic partners
