Key responsibilities include architecting and building a scalable Agentic AI framework, designing autonomous agents for complex revenue cycle tasks, establishing orchestration patterns for agent collaboration, and implementing robust guardrails for AI decision-making. You will also build reusable components, create specialized training tools, and lead distributed engineering teams. This role requires a proven track record in building production AI systems for financial transactions, deep expertise in LLM orchestration, and experience applying AI to structured financial workflows. Requirements

• Proven track record building production AI systems handling financial transactions
• Deep expertise in LLM orchestration frameworks and agent architectures
• Experience applying AI to structured financial workflows with explicit business rules
• History of scaling complex software platforms across multiple business lines
• Strong background leading distributed development teams
• Success implementing systems that integrate with healthcare financial platform
• Advanced knowledge of LLM orchestration and RAG implementations
• Experience with agent frameworks (AutoGPT, LangChain, etc.)
• Expertise in prompt engineering for specialized domains
• Strong software architecture skills focused on scalability and modularity
• Ability to build systems that maintain context across multi-step workflows
• Understanding of healthcare data security requirements

Responsibilities

• Architect and build a scalable Agentic AI framework specifically for RCM workflows
• Design autonomous agents capable of handling complex revenue cycle tasks (denial management, contract analysis, eligibility verification)
• Establish orchestration patterns for agent collaboration across different RCM business functions
• Implement robust guardrails and validation mechanisms for AI decision-making in financial contexts
• Build reusable components that accelerate agent development for new RCM use cases
• Create specialized tools for training and fine-tuning AI models on healthcare financial data
• Lead distributed engineering teams across onshore and offshore location

Preferred Qualifications

• 7-10 years’ experience full stack development and 2 years’ experience developing Agentic AI
