Summary

Join Spreetail, a rapidly growing e-commerce company, as a Principal HR Business Partner. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience as an HR business partner and a proven track record of driving organizational change. Requirements

  • 7+ years experience working as a HR business partner, and driving organizational change initiatives and developing/supporting talent management processes
  • Broad experience and specific knowledge of human resource theory, including employee relations, talent management, organizational design and performance management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; high quality document preparation, data visualization, and facilitation skills
  • Able to analyze data to identify trends and execute action plans in partnership with business team leadership

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement people strategies to achieve people initiatives and deliver results
  • Partner with senior leaders and their leadership teams to develop the talent strategy needed to support our growth, and build a work environment where all employees can thrive and grow
  • Function as a consultant and counselor to key leaders and their respective organizations; engage in strategic planning meetings to translate business needs into HR plans
  • Partner with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development
  • Utilize business and HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives
  • Provide timely and relevant data-driven insights to leadership to support strategic decisions
