Summary
Join G-P as a Principal Social Media Influencer Manager and develop an influencer strategy to boost brand awareness and thought leadership across core social media channels. You will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing influencer-driven content to expand social authority. This role involves identifying, building, and managing influencer relationships, overseeing content production, and tracking performance. You will also lead organic social content development and execution, monitor social media trends, and incorporate best practices into campaigns. The position reports to the Director of Social and requires experience in talent management, data analysis, and a creative, resourceful approach. The annual salary range is $132,800.00 - $166,000.00 plus variable compensation.

Responsibilities
- Research and connect with influencers on core social media channels, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram
- Manage the budget and contracts for all influencers, including influencer whitelisting
- Build, nurture and maintain long-term relationships with influencers
- Partner with the social team and other stakeholders within Marketing on briefs for influencers. Oversee the production process with the influencers from conception to ready to publish
- Establish strategic campaigns utilizing influencers that includes paid, owned, and earned
- Maintain and optimize the performance data of influencer work. Analyze performance data and use insights to inform future content optimization
- Lead the development and execution of organic social content and publishing strategy with a channel by channel strategy
- Identify relevant and significant ways for influencers to participate in culture and tech conversations related to G-P. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and incorporate best practices into campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HR influencers
- Experience with Emplifi, Canva, Asana, and Airtable
