Join Gemini's growing OTC Sales & Trading team as a Principal, Institutional Sales. This role focuses on spot, options, and derivatives trading for digital assets with institutional clients. You will develop and manage client relationships, execute complex trades, educate clients on market trends, and identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in institutional sales and trading within traditional finance or digital assets, strong client relationships, and expertise in structuring OTC transactions. Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in institutional sales and trading within crypto, FX, equities, fixed income, commodities, or derivatives markets
• Strong relationships with institutional investors such as hedge funds, asset managers, proprietary trading firms, token projects, etc
• Deep understanding of OTC trading mechanics, pricing models, risk management, and liquidity strategies in spot, options, and derivatives markets
• Ability to structure complex transactions, including derivatives strategies, structured products, and options trading
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a book of institutional clients, driving OTC trading activity in spot, options, and derivatives
• Originate and execute complex digital asset trades, providing pricing, market color, and liquidity solutions
• Educate clients on digital asset market trends, risk management strategies, and structured solutions tailored to their needs
• Identify growth opportunities, build partnerships, and enhance Gemini’s OTC trading offerings
• Work closely with trading, risk, compliance, and product teams to enhance trading solutions and client experience
• Ensure all trading activities comply with relevant global financial regulations and Gemini’s internal policies
