Summary

Join HubSpot's team and help millions of organizations grow better by re-strategizing the downmarket user experience to be more self-service and reduce sales rep touches. This role focuses on improving the user experience for small businesses (1-25 employees), leveraging AI and automation to increase revenue per sales rep activity. You will be a core member of a cross-functional team, working with Product, Marketing, and Sales. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in marketing automation, AI implementation, and executive communication, along with a passion for data-driven decision-making and experimentation. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on HubSpot's growth and contribute to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • Have experience implementing AI in programs across the user journey to improve personalization, conversion, and human efficiency
  • Minimum 5 years of experience of marketing automation strategy in minimum of 2 channels
  • Have experience working with executive leadership, and strong communication skills in presenting to an executive team
  • Have experience developing and driving strong cross-functional relationships

Responsibilities

  • Be a core member of our cross functional team (Product, Marketing, Sales) working to evolve the downmarket selling motion
  • Dig deep into the user experience for a segment and improve it using data-driven decision making and creativity
  • Experiment to optimize and iterate on your work. Constantly finding new ways to provide prospects value at every step of their journey
  • Partner closely with channel owners to create a delightful customer experience across channels. You’ll align and work with other marketing teams, Sales, Rev Ops, and Product

Preferred Qualifications

  • Are passionate about the user experience and automation (chat and email in particular)
  • Have an analytical mind and a passion for diving into data to inform decision-making
  • Have a habit of experimentation and view it as an essential tool for strategy
  • Are agile and experimental learners, bringing new ideas to the team and moving at a fast pace to hit aggressive goals
  • Are organized and process oriented to find inefficiencies and develop repeatable, efficient methods for our go-to-market strategy
  • Are hands on, with a comfort in driving both strategy and day-to-day execution
