You will lead the Clinical Documentation & Chart squad, influence go-to-market strategies, and contribute to Tebra's overall product strategy. The position demands significant experience in product management within the healthcare industry and a proven track record of success in B2B SaaS environments. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product, focused on software applications
- Demonstrated success with Clinical workflows and product strategy, with in-depth understanding of the healthcare landscape
- Proven track record as senior product manager at a successful B2B SaaS / Cloud software business with agile product management experience
- Proven track record of executing complex product initiatives and processes with multiple stakeholders at senior and junior levels
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated analytical rigor, attention to detail, and ability to structure and analyze sophisticated financial modeling
- Ability to define business trade-offs, generate out-of-the-box solutions and move through ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Define, build, and launch exceptional products
- Understand complicated product specifications and technical architecture; influence scalable technical solutions
- Contribute to engineering discussions around technology decisions (build/buy/partner)
- Weave together complex delivery arcs to satisfy different needs or strategic objectives
- Enable your team to take a "speed wins" approach to building and shipping features
- Make tough trade-off decisions resulting in successful initial launch and quick, data-driven iteration
- Connect your team's work back to objectives the management team cares about
- Create a quality-first culture to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products
- Understand and fulfill customer needs
- Use insights from data to drive roadmap planning and quarterly goal setting; build dashboards and reports to present progress
- Translate insights into an understanding of causal factors driving product success
- Make user research a key part of developing the roadmap; leverage user research to assess impact, assess new opportunities, and guide product iteration
- Instill strong user research skills in your team
- Deliver innovative and user-friendly customer-facing products/services with measurable impact, rooted in deep customer understanding
- Know and communicate market dynamics and competitive landscape; understand Tebra's competitive position and deliver accurate SWOT analysis
- Deliver business impact via product innovation
- Leverage knowledge of your product, customer feedback, key data and analytics to assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize direction and desired outcomes
- Create and manage complex roadmaps with multiple dependencies; make final decisions on scope and prioritization relative to the product backlog
- Create and manage product objectives and key results, key metrics, and related P&L impacts
- Lead the development of a comprehensive product strategy and set key business objectives (OKRs)
- Develop technical strategy, partnering with Engineering and helping the organization scale
- Influence how Tebra markets, sells, and talks to customers about the product
- Communicate effectively with varying levels of the organization
- Coordinate across internal and external teams
- Oversee and align with other internal and external teams
- Influence others as the expert on product solutions and technology architecture
